OSR Jewells Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At OSR Jewells, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your order, please read our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation Request

• Customers can request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Cancellation requests should be submitted by contacting our customer support via email at support@osrjewells.com or by phone at +91 82208 32758.
• We have a no return policy.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
• Once the order is shipped or the product is custom-made/engraved, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

3. Cancellation Process

• Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, our team will verify the order status.
• If eligible, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For orders cancelled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are credited take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

• Customized jewellery, special orders, or items already dispatched are non-cancellable.
